Seriously, I thought this seeing lots of posts lately.
Blurr. I don't know why anybody could love him. He has an IMO terribly generic alt and robot mode, and his gimmick annoys the hell out of me. His Animated version was much cooler, but I just can't love his "speed woo" character at all. Who are your characters everybody likes but you loathe secretly? Not just loathe, but dislike is good too. -------------------- Don't fail to see Nyarlathotep if he comes to Providence. He is horrible — horrible beyond anything you can imagine — but wonderful. He haunts one for hours afterward. I am still shuddering at what he showed. |

I don't get the obsession with Leader Bulkhead. I find him and Megatron both rather underwhelming.

FREAKIN' BLUDGEON.
I swear, I wish Hasbro would just make a Classics one already, 'cause I'm sick and tired of seeing "That'd make an awesome bludgeon!" every time we get a new tankformer. (Granted, he is cool. I'm just sick of the obsession over him, really.) -------------------- Want to buy or draw for a Kreon Springer, PM if interested. ![]() I draw things, and you can buy them! deviantART | Tegaki |

Hooligan. Love the toy, but don't see why he's so popular with the fans. I prefered G2 Jetfire personally.

Kup and Blurr, I guess. Although it's really more of an indifferent/slightly annoyed thing than any actual dislike or loathing.

Movie Bumblebee. I despise the mold. Both of them. When I did toy reviews for a number of Movie figures I had, I ended up rating most of them rather low. Legends Ironhide - 5 / 10 Legends Brawl - 7.5 / 10 Legends Bonecrusher - no rating due to the sheer suckitude of one entire mode. Wreckage - 8 / 10 Landmine - 4 / 10 Concept Bumblebee - 2 / 10 Barricade - 9.5 / 10 Payload - 0 / 10 Longarm - 7 / 10 Quickbow - 8 / 10 Leader Prime - 6 / 10 Legends Jazz - 9 / 10 -------------------- Lexicon: still up and running!

Here's my Lexicon user page. Just set the sort order to "most recent" and work backwards; my reviews are intermixed with my assorted fic. Note that Legends Jazz is the only one I've posted. The rest are in queue and will be submitted by the end of the year; I maintain a stockpile of fic chapters and reviews so that if I get bogged down in real life I can still keep up my pace of one new submission a week. Sometime around November I'll be posting nothing but reviews as a lead-up to Christmas; it'll help people select toys to purchase while giving me time to work on my other fic. For my fic, I have Armada, RiD, and assorted G1 stuff. Note that the first few chapters of my Armada and RiD fic were written during a period of time when I was suffering from sleep deprivation and so aren't quite as good as they should be; the writing starts to smooth out later on, syncing up with when I started to get more sleep. I counter :
-------------------------- Legends Ironhide - 6/ 10 ( I agree with you he's quite average) Legends Brawl - 7.0 / 10 (I like him about the same I think he's a little scary fragile all those tiny parts) Legends Bonecrusher - 7.5/10 I like him a lot they only downside is the lack of paint for me I like him better than Ironhide and loads more than Blackout DX Wreckage - 7 / 10 (good but incomplete backpack design harms him) good vehicle - a repaint with a fixed back would get a 9/10. Movie Landmine - 8 / 10 (flawed but not to hard to fix - mine suffered from bad paint rubbing but overall he's classy) Concept Bumblebee - 9 / 10 (once you glue in the shoulders and fix the waist he rocks) Barricade - 9.0 / 10 (no real complaints) Payload - [Don't yet own] Longarm - 8 / 10 [Battlescene version] Good fun to play with just needs a little paint on the hubs and the crane arm unscrewed to make him a winner Quickbow - 8 / 10 [don't own wouldn't buy - from images : 3/10] Leader Prime - 7 / 10 [shoulders suck] missassembled parts - loads of missing paint - I prefer the nightwatch version[8.5/10]. I do however like him despite his many tiny flaws. (And boy is there a lot of them) Legends Jazz - 4 / 10 [rubbish paint] does not stand or pose well he's a bit boring. |

Payload - [Don't yet own] Don't bother. His gimmick is that he's got a spring-loaded front section; when the section is released, his front end will shoot forward like a battering ram. While it works well enough in vehicle mode, it cripples his robot mode; the mechanism is so huge and extends so far back from his body that it's impossible for him to stand on his own. -------------------- Lexicon: still up and running!

I thought the gimmick does not work at ALL in vehicle mode, and was solely for robot mode. -------------------- |
