I received no shipping notice, but the toys arrived today. Odd, but not complaint-worthy. However, I noticed that my SG Drift has two right-hand pistols, and in the photos posted here...

People are now receiving them and taking photos. Both look great, but Drift is quite impressive in red.

... so do those guys. So, do all SG Drifts have two right-hand guns? I realize it doesn't matter a WHOLE lot, since he doesn't have the giant gun they combine with, but I want to know if this is just a few of us or if it's the entire run. Blurr's guns, in comparison.

Over-Run's foam insert has a cutout for Runamuck, as we knew. That cutout is filled by a piece of foam the rough shape and size of Wheeljack/Over-Run/Runamuck.

I have declared it to be a Transfoamer.

My Drift guns are identical as well, but they're both for the left hand. Maybe they're random-packed? I just imagine, like, big tub o'guns.

Huh. Sounds like OTFCC Sunstreaker all over again. Maybe everyone who got guns for just one hand or the other can swap their extra via mail?

I mean, postage can't be that expensive.

Well as Monzo mentioned, it's not a huge issue since you're lacking the piece that would even interact with the left/right bias of the guns. They can be held in either hand, no problem.

Yeah, but we're geeks, and I expect someone would be bothered by it. I would, anyway; I know I was by my OTFCC Sunstreaker.

The only reason I bought that Wal-Mart exclusive repaint for RiD Prowl was to correct that little annoyance. Just saying.

One of my buddies got two of the same gun with SG Drift.

I got...no guns in my SG Drift box.

FunPub is taking care of it though.

I know that in some sense it's a relatively minor point, but if these things are going to be priced like collectibles they really need to come with the correct accessories. Given the community SG Drift is aimed at, coming with the wrong parts is going to bother a fair number of people.

I suppose it's just a continuation of the same problem FunPub has had all along: how do you give a toy $50 of collectible quality when it comes from the same production line as a $10 mass-produced item? I don't like it when my $10 toy has two right fists, but I can deal with it. I'm less forgiving for a $50 toy.

SG Drift having twice the same gun isn't really an issue though. There's no rifle to attach it to and they can't even fit in his holsters. So meh.
Now getting no guns at all is a real problem.

I agree with Professor. Had mine come with the redundant guns, I'd be bothered, if only for issues of symmetry and already knowing that that's not how it's supposed to be. I guess I lucked out.

If anyone is selling an Over-Run, let me know. I'll be happy to buy it off you. He sold out before I could get to him. Still haven't received my package for Runamuck though.

Got mine today. Very impressed with the quality on him, all the joints are tight and even, but not too tight, and the paint apps are all really pretty and clean. I know on my other copies of this mold, I've been annoyed by things like different joint tolerances on the wings for example. Though I definitely still miss aspects of the original deco they showed us, he's really beautiful in person as well. I love the white wheels, and the charcoal gray they used.

Crazy enough for anyone that knows me, I ordered more than one knowing that I'm anal, and I'm pretty much totally satisfied with the first one I opened.

Yeah, Over-Runabout is my third Wheeltracks, and of the three he has the tightest heel (toe on Tracks) joints.

Sadly, I cannot seem to find a Statue of Liberty figurine that is big enough, but cheap enough that I am willing to paint "HUMANS ARE WIMPZ" on it.
