Tested out Controller today. Made a quick, 'well endowed' drow, with MIND TAKING/darkness. Throwing Hellions to their deaths if FUN! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif) Though I'm thinking I could have given her a bigger butt.

Going to test Corrupter next, then there's the weekend. Thus if I find I like either by/after sunday I'll buy the archtypes allong with the expansion pack. Well... probably wait on them for a while as I build my zombie queen. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-fire.gif)

You send an in-game email to the other person. You can then enter a value in the Influence box, or drag items into the attachment area.

In-game email is available on the chat window menu. The recipient is the GLOBAL ID. So, if you are sending to yourself, send to your own global, with the preceeding @. For instance, if your global is "ImAPlayah," then you'd send the email to @ImAPlayah.

EDIT: Email has an expiration date, so claim it quickly.

Note, a character has to be at least L10 to use the system. This was done a while back to keep people from making disposable accounts and spamming from them...but it just meant that the spammers run a couple DfBs and then spam you. While limiting mail to global friends and SG members has largely solved the spam problem, they didn't remove the L10 restriction.

The upshot is, if you send money to a new character and decide to delete the character, you have to get it up to at least L10 if you want to send the remaining money back to yourself.

*nod* I was going to transfer funds/inventions from the 'free' test-drive chars into the general coffers. Of course anyone below ten doesn't have enough to make that much of a differance.

Med-Pack is decent, it's like having an extra green inspiration (medium, IIRC) every so often. If you have the salvage to make it, you might as well make it on a character you intend to keep playing. It's not great, but since you're going to be abandoning the salvage/invention system soon, you might as well use it. But don't waste inf getting the rare salvage it requires.
