Classics Magnus Red Eyes, And other enhancements Options

I finally got around to taking most of my City Commander armor off. I still refuse to take the leg armor off because I don't want to stress it over time. But I just had to make my modifications to Magnus for completeness sake. Red Eyes by Darkov of the 2005 boards, and stickers by Reprolabels.

And the clear red eyes really do help him look much less like a white Optimus in person

A touch of blue on his head makes a pretty big difference, dunnit? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-ironhide.gif)

I did pretty much the same with mine, though I just used paint for the eyes. I also swapped his kneecaps for some reason I can't quite remember. I also can't remember why I used green for his pelvis lights..


I'm still debating on whether or not I want to spend on the City Commander armor. It's SO NICE, but my wallet clicks its tongue at me just for thinking of it. I guess I'll decide once the new set with the upgrade comes out.

Another thing to note is that Ultra Magnus' head is molded in blue, painted white. So if you want the blue faceplate, another option is just to strip the paint off there. Makes colour matching pretty easy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon-arcee.gif) .
