Hmm, I haven't seen this one before, and it makes a fair amount of sense.

Interesting theory, but seems a bit of a stretch. The stuff on the wall paintings look more like artistic flourishes than suction cuts to me.

GRRRRRAAAAAAAH Fine. I can wait....2 weeks? Yeah, seems about right.

Wow, been nearly a year already...It seems like yesterday that I started that old thread.....

If anyone could find it, it'd be great so I could see exactly which day I got all caught up.

Nvm, found it. Google is more helpful than our own search feature.

You could have just clicked your name, then picked show user's topics.

Meh, this was quite quicker.

I started watching Funi Dubs on September 19th EXACTLY and ended on November 1st.

Weird how it can take a month and a half to cut through 14 years of hard work.

Edit: Oh, and MPhage's Avy is the same as it was then, so your Brook jokes still make sense. Thanks for that.

I like to cycle my avatars. So I'm glad I could help.

Finally watched Strong World.

That was awesome.

Are any of the other movies worth watching?

I'm generally good with the ones that aren't just rewritten story arcs. 1's ok, 2 is pretty good, I found 3 to be watchable but a little weak, 4 is pretty awesome, 5 is good, 6 starts well be gets a little screwy towards the end, 7 is good, 8 and 9 are the re-arcs, 8 a retelling of the Alabasta arc, 9 is a reimagining of Drum Island but with Franky, Robin, and the Sunny worked in to it. 10, as you've already seen, is epic.

I'd say the strongest ones would be 2, 4 and 7.

Asquain hits the nail on the head. Movie 2 holds a place in my heart just cuz of the Playing Card suit themed enemies, I'm always a sucker for that design choice.

Alot of fans drool over the 6th movie, but I have issues with that ugly artstyle that forgoes coherent designs for smoother more fluid animation and I see it and go "That's not MY One Piece".

I hear it has a good plot tho.

I have a hard time watching "Old design" Chopper now....it's just not cute enough! I really wish his Funi voice was more on the adorability as the Japanese, but it's still good.

Would REALLY love to hear some Franky and Brook in English....maybe Funi will start dubbing the post time-skip material?

Franky was in english in the Unlimited Adventure Wii game.
Speaking of games, they recently announced for the PS3 One Piece Kaizoku Musou. Think Dynasty Warriors with OP character.

Oh! Of course! How could I forget that he's in Unlimited adventure! Let me just pop on over to Gamestop and pick up a used one for 20 bucks.

No. Only in a perfect world.

Also: That new game was mentioned. I lack a PS3 sadly...but that'd be worth it.

Yeah, it's an absolute pain in the ass to find without paying scalper prices. I had to pick up a disc only copy to get mine(something that would otherwise be a big no-no in my book, I like having the actual game case), as it was the only copy for 100 miles in any direction and the online prices were a joke.

It's a fun game, though, if you ever to manage to snag a copy I'd highly recommend it!

You'd think... It's not like the 3DS has a flood of games on the shelf. SOMETHING is bound to be better than nothing.

I mean, I love ya'll at Funimation, and I know you're busy, but come on. You're SEVEN YEARS BEHIND!!!
