Transformers Prime Soundtrack, vs tracks on Brian Tyler's site Options

My copy of the Transformers Prime soundtrack came in yesterday. It's great. But this isn't about that. This about the tracks that Brian Tyler used to have up on his site, and how they are on the disc.

I downloaded the tracks he had on his site when they were first put up there, and have them unchanged (with all meta data). Track numbers and name have been changed, and some were combined with other tracks.

Rundown:
6 tracks are identical (baring slight differences to lead-in and lead-out silence at ends)
2 tracks have been joined with another track, but otherwise unaltered
2 tracks unknown. However, they may be stuck in the middle of something, or split between tracks. They may not be on the disc at all, but I'm not saying that's the case without other people confirming it.

FortMax, any way you could help me in obtaining the website tracks?

I have been listening to this a few times since yesterday, and I'm having a hard time finding a piece of music that was definitely utilized in season 1, specifically in Partners when Arcee is fighting Airachnid near the end of the ep. It's fairly heroic and isn't really a rehash of the main title. It tends to be used in situations where the Autobots are making a comeback or similar scenes. I don't know how else to explain it, but it was one of the pieces that I was looking forward to the most and I don't think it's on the soundtrack. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
