Several retailers in Malaysia have received a retailer's preorder list for Transformers: Dark of the Moon Wave 2 toys from Takara Tomy. Most of the toys in the list have been previewed at Toy Fair (the Hasbro versions) , but one of the names listed is DD-07 Condor, which is the Japanese name for Laserbeak. This probably confirms our suspicion that the bird-like bot we saw in the trailer is Laserbeak.
