Not the big boom we wantedFilming at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, is wrapping up in its final phases near the end of September according to Alamogordo Daily News. The remainder of production is expected to wrap up by Halloween, said publicist Gabrela Gutentag.

Adding to the surreality of Shia getting injured and Michael's apartment being broken into, a special effects technician wound up with second to third-degree burns to his right hand and thigh. The tech had been wanting to add fuel to a SFX fire but accidentally grabbed the container holding gasoline, instead of diesel, although on-set medics were able to treat him before he was taken to the hospital.

Check here for the Alamogordo article and here from TMZ on the SFX tech's injuries.
