Transformers Animated has come to be known as a show that takes existing Transformers characters and themes and twists them so as to give them a new perspective. Like Wreck-Gar as a garbage truck with an identity crisis, or a Grimlock falling in love with a fembot that would much rather bite him than kiss him. Now a new (or old) writer has come along to throw his hat into the ring! Simon Furman has updated his blog to announce that he will be writing some of the upcoming Transformers Animated comics from Titan UK!
