Skyblast, Clocker and Strongarm, three Scout-class redeco figures meant to flesh out Target's lower-pricepoint Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen product, are beginning to find their ways into US stores. The figures have already been spotted in the Philippines, but haven't begun their descent on American locations until now, with a sighting by yours truly at a Target in San Antonio, Texas, this past Monday.
