Just in from San Diego Comic-Con, Transformers Prime Voyager Breakdown will Not be getting a US release.  The news comes direct from Aaron Archer, Vice President of Intellectual Property at Hasbro Inc.  This should not come as a surprise to collectors as he was previously announced a Japan only mold via magazines, TakaraTomy had 3 different versions of the figure planned (likely to cover the expense of manufacturing the mold), he never was solicited or mentioned by Hasbro, and his copyright information made no mention of Hasbro only Tomy.  Luckily for those that may have missed out on the original version of Breakdown there is the upcoming version with the eye patch and the Autobot Swerve version as well.
