Although there is still now confirmation either way, perhaps here's one more thing to muddy the waters. For weeks now, rumors have been circulating around that the Voyager Class Transformers Prime Breakdown was exclusive to TakaraTomy.  I recently received my Arms Micron AM-12 War Breakdown and there's something odd about him - Breakdown's copyright information makes no mention of Hasbro but only of Tomy (TakaraTomy is simply known as Tomy outside of Japan).  Other Transformers Prime figures from TakaraTomy have shared this oddity where there parts have been swapped out to add connectors for the Arms Microns. However Breakdown's copyright information is on a piece sporting no such connectors.
