Transformers Collectors' Club Punch/Counterpunch Head Preview PDF Print E-mail

What do you mean, my back looks like a Decepticon? The Transformers Collectors' Club has posted a preview of the head for their upcoming Punch/Counterpunch figure. On the main page of their site, they have a sketch of Punch's head, and when members log in, they'll be greeted with the full turnarounds for the head and helmet!

Legends Red Rampage Toys 'R Us Japan Free Gift?! PDF Print E-mail

One day I will be red, just you wait!Japanese toy magazines over the last month or so have featured a silhouette of EZ Collection (Legends) Rampage - many speculated this was an indicator of the release of the Red version of the character.  The Yellow Rampage was released with the other 6 EZ Collection Devastator components earlier this year.  Now we have a report from Figure King magazine that the Red version will be a Toys 'R Us free gift when you spend over 3,000 Yen at one of their stores.  The campaign runs on November 21st.

Think they'll do a WHITE repaint?CyberGundam Blog has posted up some scans from the December 2009 issue of Dengeki Hobby, showcasing the various exclusives available with Japan's DVD and Blu-Ray release of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Also in the issue are previously seen lines, such as Disney Label Donald, Device Label Tigatron and Ravage, and what could considered to be Wave 2 of the EZ Collection line.

Another Reason Why Orci and Kurtzman Aren't On TF3 PDF Print E-mail

Time, time, time.In an interview with IGN during the 2009 Screenwriters Expo, screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci talked about their past works and answered some questions about Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. On the question of TF3, both said that the lack of time - several other projects going on at the moment - was another factor on preventing their involvement, thus leaving it to fellow writer Ehren Kruger.

Revenge of the Script (W)rap - Nefarious #1 PDF Print E-mail

He likes his government conspiracies...Good ol' Simon Furman has updated his blog with a Script (W)rap and it's about "Nefarious"! While directly following after Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Nefarious' story starts from Tales of the Fallen #5, Ravage's story in regards to his status, but it's not necessary to have read TotF #5 to get the full scope. Nefarious involves a global conspiracy where various Bots and Cons are involved (a particular Con is back), as well new incoming mechs that also wind up in the conspiracy that includes "Project: Nefarious". And both factions aren't going to be happy campers.
