Hasbro has updated the Animated section of its Transformers site with even more character bios! Added are Autobot Grimlock, Snarl, Soundwave and Swoop. Also added are voice samples for Starscream, Megatron, Lockdown and Blackarachnia! So now you can find out who is as strong as Megatron, who uses a ball and chain and who uses acoustics to hack computers!
You can see the bios here, and discuss them here! Thanks to Sso02v for the head's up! |

Comic book colorist Kris Carter, better known 'round these here parts as Drivaaar, has started a blog about his past, present and future projects. His most recent post shows off his color work for IDW and Titan, with samples from Devastation, Spotlight: Arcee, and the U.K. Transformers Magazine. Plus, we get a sneak peek at two upcoming Nick Roche covers in full color, for the IDW reprint of the Marvel U.K. "Space Pirates" story, and the 10th issue of the U.K. Magazine! Future posts promise more images of Kris' work for other projects, and hopefully more Transformers as well.
Check out the full blog here, or jump straight to the Transformers January/February wrap-up. |

TVShowsOnDVD is reporting that there will be a DVD from the Transformers Animated show coming out on June 17th! Unfortunately, based on the very limited information that the site has received, it sounds like the DVD will only contain a few episodes as its run-time is listed at 70 minutes. That would be roughly the length of the first three episodes that were merged into the premiere movie. We'll keep you updated as more information becomes available!
You can see the report here! Thanks to TFW2005 for the link. |

A TFW2005 member has just reported finding the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Allspark Deluxe figures (a Target exclusive in the US) at a Toyworld in Australia. The figures were selling for $27.99 AUD (around $25 USD), but are out a month before they're slotted in the US! So Australian collectors, if you can stomach the price, you can be among the first to have these figures!
You can see the sighting here at TFW2005.com! |
