The one-week sales numbers are in for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on DVD and HD-DVD, and let's just say they're good. Okay, really good. Okay, record-settingly massively colossally awesome. Dreamworks and Paramount issued a press release claiming the 2007 top week one and day one DVD sales (8.3 million and 4.5 million, respectively) and top week one and day one HD-DVD sales (190,000 and 100,000, respectively). That also already makes it the top-selling HD-DVD ever. Check out the press release, or subsequent articles in the Hollywood Reporter, Variety, and High-Def Digest.

...And all that for a DVD that Michael Bay told USA Today was "not as good as it could've been."  

A five-page preview from the second installment of IDW's Transformers: Devastation comic has been posted in the IDW Forums. Also included are images of both covers for the issue, which should be out in stores this Wednesday!

Want a video game that pits Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Bumblebee against G1 Megatron? How about G1 Prime against Masterpiece Starscream? Now you can! Hasbro will be making a Transformers game for its Net Jet series of games, which lets you select characters from different Transformers universes and have them fight. A poster over at Transformers.net has received a 30 minute demo of the game and has shared some screen captures of game-play!
