Official Hasbro Transformers Site Update: Target Robo-Vision Line
Written by ChessPieceFace
Tuesday, 22 May 2007

Transformers Stratego The official Hasbro Transformers.com website has been updated with info and images for upcoming Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen products that will be available exclusively at Target. As previously reported, Target will carry a line of movie merchandise consisting of both completely exclusive products and exclusive versions of wide-release products with special "Robo-Vision" features.

This new update confirms a Scout assortment with exclusive repaints of Energon Arcee, Energon Signal Flare and Cybertron Hardtop. Additionally, we see the box cover for the Robo-Vision edition of Transformers Stratego, which features an awful lot of explosions and fire for a game where you move plastic squares around on a big piece of cardboard.

We also get a sneak peek at the Target Transformers site, which soon promises to feature product images and exclusive content such as prototypes, videos, games, and more, all unlocked via Robo-Vision codes.

Transformers Movie To Feature iPod?
Written by Dr Fang
Tuesday, 22 May 2007
It's quite possible that Josh Duhamel, in an interview with MTV's Movie Blog, was referring to the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen character of Frenzy, but it's worth noting that he mentions a "12-inch iPod that turns into [a] little killing machine."  While Frenzy's brand name and model have not been mentioned, he does not resemble any current-generation iPod.  Perhaps a previously unreleased variation on the music player?  Or perhaps Mr. Duhamel just has his music players confused.

ANOTHER New Transformers Movie TV Spot
Written by ChessPieceFace
Monday, 21 May 2007

"Their cheerleader. Our world."

Transformers TV Spot 5/21Last night it was FOX, tonight it was NBC. At about 8:38PM Eastern Time, "Heroes" became the latest struggling network television show to get a giant boost in viewership thanks to the ratings juggernaut that is a new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen commercial.

As with last night's ad, it's a lot of old footage and a little bit of new footage, mostly in some new dialogue from the soldiers and a new voiceover. And as with last night's ad, the new robot action comes courtesy of Scorponok, whom we now see bursting out of the sand from a different angle and not in slow-motion.

And also as with last night's ad, we've made sure you've got a way to see it (on YouTube) and talk about it (in lonegamer8's thread, which also contains some screenshots and download links).

*UPDATE* Ain't It Cool has posted a Quicktime version.

3" Titanium BrawlLooking far more svelte than his deluxe transforming counterpart, the static 3" Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Titanium series Brawl figure made his debut in a recent issue of ToyFare magazine, alongside the already-revealed Blackout and another new addition to the line, the despotic Decepticon doombringer Megatron.  You can see the images in ActionMasterZod's thread over on the 2005 Boards.
