bigbelly_2008 of HK-TF.com has posted a mini-gallery of Ministrat- we mean Legends class/EZ Collection Devastator from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen! Oddly, they seem to be missing several of the Constructicons, such as Long Haul and Scrapper, forming the right foot and hand respectively.
USA Today ran an article covering how filming of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen's finale went on during the shoot at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Josh Duhamel, who plays Major Will Lennox, jokes about how he and the others on the set were Bay's "toy soldiers" and the missile range was literally his "sandbox". On the US military's involvement, they saw the collaboration as a morale-booster for the troops and training, although Army liasion Lt. Col. Gregory Bishop stepped his foot down when it came to using the tanks - no live rounds, training only. Bay admits that while they can imitate the resulting dust and fire, they can't quite imitate the sound that is emitted when a shell is fired.

A report from Nyghtwynd of the Cybertron.CA boards come in that will have Canada residents itching with excitement! He reports:
Currently at Square One, Mississauga, General Motors has a setup in the food court area. Among the sniny new cars up for a trst drive, you can enter a draw to win one of those plus a trip to the 2010 Olympics. After entering, you are given a choice between either a GM recyclable bag (approx. $1-2), a slide puzzle ($1), or the Transformers Universe Chevy Aveo Swerve figure (approx. $20 on the Chevrolet online store) for free.
That right, a free Aveo Swerve figure! Toronto Residents, here's your chance! Read the rest of his report here, and discuss this on our boards!
Lots of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen rumors have been swirling around, about possible voice actors. We've heard names from Tony Todd to Susan Blu, to Tom Kenny to Jason Griffith. Well, TFW's Chris McFeely scored an early showing, and paid particular attention to the credits, and there are some surprises within!
Sideswipe is voiced by Andre Sogliuzzo, not Jason Griffith as rumored. Arcee is Grey DeLisle, not Susan Blu. Jetfire is voiced by Mark Ryan, not John Turturro. Tom Kenny is Skids, as well as Wheelie. Mudflap is played by Reno Wilson - AKA Frenzy from TF1. The Doctor is played by John Dicrosta. Kevin Michael Richardson plays one of the 13. Tony Todd is indeed the Fallen. Frank Welker is both Soundwave, and Devastator.
The actors from Film 1 all retain their roles. To read Chris McFeely's full post, click here , but beware of spoilers!
The Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen UK's Facebook counterpart has posted up a 1-minute clip of the scene where Sam accidentally sets the kitchen appliances on the loose and they start tearing up the Witwicky home before Bumblebee gets called into extermination. No, don't think too much into it regarding one of the kitchen-bot's certain placement of its weaponry.
Want to see Sideswipe being AWESOME? Check out this latest TV spot to air and catch him doing some nasty damage that'll make any car lover cringe. Do mind that it is a bit spoilerish if you haven't read the novel adaptation or haven't been following the news.
TheTransformers.net were kind enough to share the London Press Conference with Michael Bay, Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, and John Tuturro. Topics on Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen ranged from getting help from the Jordanian royalty (both the king and prince were big fans of the first film, according to Bay) when they filmed around Petra, Jordan; "leap frogging" from city to city; the Arabian team members worried about Turturro on the pyramids; and more!
Colorist Joana Lafuente has posted the clean versions (no text) of the first five pages to Spotlight Cliffjumper on her DeviantArt gallery, allowing readers to see what the scenery looks like without the speech bubbles blocking them.
