Now that fans in Japan are getting shipping notice for this toy, we knew it won't be too long before images of HenKei Skywarp in packaging would come out! And Yahoo Auctions is as good a place as any! Similar to Thundecracker, the packaging is the same as HenKei Starscream for the most part. The image inside the card, however, is in gray scale (and Thundercracker's was printed in different shades of blue. See what they did there?) So for those looking to get a hold of a Skywarp whose deco looks a bit more G1, it appears as though you won't have to wait too much longer!
And if loose images are more your thing, there are plenty of those coming out too. Vehicle mode, robot mode, chrome afterburners, back of the wings, comparisons with HenKei Starscream, they're all there for you to check out and enjoy! Click here to see and discuss the images. Thanks to Buster Darkwings for finding them!

Official pictures of 100pc puzzles for Transformers Animated are up on the net, the puzzles being release via the Milton Bradley brand. There will be a group shot of all five Autobots, group shot of all five (or eight, if you count Blitzwing's personalities separate) Decepticons, one of Optimus, and one of Bumblebee. No word on the release date yet, but they are slated for the US, Latin America, and Canada.
And for those with an eagle eye and a keen memory, you might remember the Decepticon group shot as the image drawn by Transformers Lead Designer, Eric Seibenaler, for issue #17 of the Transformers Club Magazine! Check them out here over at TFW. |

Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura was recently interviewed by IESB.net during the premiere of Steven Spielberg and Shia LaBeouf's Eagle Eye. Interviewer Robert Sanchez gets from the producer that there will be 3 times as many robots on both sides, although Lorenzo can't promise about Cybertron. Also mentioned is that fans should be able to see a lot of things that were desired but weren't possible in the first film. Lorenzo also mentions that Paramount is pushing for trailers to both Revenge and GI Joe to be released by the holidays, however that depends if the special effects for the trailers can be done in time.

Well the time has finally come. Those fans looking for a second chance at the store exclusive Classics Skywarp and convention exclusive Classics Thundercracker don't have much longer to wait. As Japanese residents are starting to receive their shipping notices for Henkei Skywarp. Can Thundercracker be far behind? Speaking of Thundercracker, ganbo store has posted some images of his bio card. Much like previous Henkei Exclusives (like Gentei Wildrider) Thundercracker features a modified version of a normal retail release figure's bio card, in this case Starscream's.
Click here to view Thundercracker's bio card, and here to discuss the news on our forums. Thanks to Betty Nor for the news on Skywarp shipping to Japanese residents. |

Anonymous source(s) over at TFW says that The Fallen (with a capital "T") is a new character in Revenge, not the same one who appeared in Dreamwave's "Transformers War Within: The Dark Ages" comics, nor any of the previous Decepticons in the first film. However, until Hasbro, Paramount, Dreamworks, and/or other PR folks affiliated with the involved companies confirms/denies it, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
See the post here at TFW. |
