For fans looking to get a little more information on the background of these characters, they might want to head over to Walmart.com. The retail store site has posted bios for each of the toys, so you can find out things like Cliffjumper's temper prevents him from doing his spy job, Lockdown's bounty hunter ways, or that Inferno is part of the Generation 2 series. That's right, he's apparently actually a G2 homage and not G1!

IDW Editor-in-chief Chris Ryall has updated his blog with the variant covers to #5 and #6 of All Hail Megatron, both drawn by Casey Coller (who drew the "Killing Joke" homage cover and to-be-released Spotlight Blurr) and colored by Joana La Fuente. Cover to #5 has Springer and Blurr and one unexpected but familiar Autobot. Cover #6 has Autobot newcomer Drift and two other 'Bots causing some "messes".

TF08.net has given us our first in-package pics of the Japanese releases of Universe Sideswipe and Tankor. Tankor recieves his original design name back, and Sideswipe returns to his G1 Japanese name, Lambor.

Following up with his recent eyelid injury, Shia has apparently impressed the troops on refusing to go to a hospital, opting to being treated by the base's clinic and then getting back to work after the swelling went down. Alongside those stationed at Holloman AFB are servicemen from Texas and New Mexico, as well several Green Berets.

This time a prop injured the young Sam Witwicky resulting in his needing stitches above his eye. The delay was minimal as he returned to the set after being stitched up.
