Ah said ah was sorry fer spillin' yer high grade!Remember how we reported on Simon Furman writing the concluding script for volume 3 of Million Publishing's "Transformers Generations 2009" with Guido Guidi on art? Well, here's a sneak peek panel from Guido himself, featuring Ironhide and Mirage -- we mean Ligier -- in what looks like a bad situation! As for the script itself, Guido teases:

The comic will follow events set in the 2 previous TF Henkei installments... but with a Furman's twist.

That explosion back there is all that's left of the Academy Awards. Rarely has the divide between the critic and the common man been so wide.  While critics have been absolutely savaging Michael 'So Frikken Awesome' Bay's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, it seems the general audience was undeterred.  In fact, a new article by the LA Times reveals that exit polling indicates that 90% of those polled thought the film was as good or better than the first!  67% even rated the film as 'Excellent' - more even then Paramounts Star Trek!  Awesome?  Michael Bay Awesome!  Read the full article over at the LA Times!

Jolt the Volt gets a Bio PDF Print E-mail

I have no personality! Yay!In what is possibly the most unrevealing character bio ever, Jolt the Volt gets his back-of-the-box debut thanks to S250. Here's what Hasbro wants you to know about Jolt:

Jolt loves to cause trouble. More than one group of Decepticons has watched in confusion as Jolt, all alone, raced around them in circles, taunting them. They're not used to Autobots acting crazy. Little do they know that it really is just an act - part of a plan to lure his enemies in close where he can deliver a crippling blow with his electro-whips.

Somehow, we think his (very) brief appearance in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was more revealing than that. Check out the back of box images at TFW!

Just a snob. The Universe of the Transformers is vast, and populated by many characters. Their universe is a large tapestry, made up of the stories and points of view of countless experiences that serve the larger whole. These are some of those stories. This is: Transformers Mosaic.

6/30/09 Mosaic: The Great Mirage may be called many things by the Autobots, "traitor" and "coward", but he'll always be one thing.

Almost there.... Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is doing fantastic, but it appears to be falling just short of breaking Dark Knight's 5-day record. "Revenge" brought in another $40.6 million on Saturday.  Estimates suggest that the Sunday gross will be about $34+ Million, which would bring the 5-day total to 201.2 Million - making back its budget but falling short of Dark Knight's record by only $2.7 million.  But these are just estimates, so if you're aching to catch Revenge again, today would be a good day to see it!  We're within the goal to dethrone Batman, so get to it!  Check back tomorrow for the final tally, and keep an eye on Revenge's take at Deadline Hollywood!

My predecessor looking down at me? INCONCEIVABLE!!!Those lucky enough to be at the 2009 London Film and Comic Con held July 18 and July 19 will be able to catch a glimpse at Casey Coller's exclusive print of All Hail Megatron #12, with colors by Joana Lafuente! While still in the vein of his Apocalypse exclusive cover of homaging Marvel's Amazing Spider-Man #50, this time it's Galvatron who's being looked down on! However, there's a catch: the print is limited to only 50, so petal to the metal if you're a fan of both big bads!

Yoroshiku, watashi Saimon desu!Yep, you read right! Simon Furman's written a script for Million Hero's "Transformers Generations 2009" volume 3 with Guido Guidi at art duties! In a "great minds think alike" scenario and according to Simon, his 2-page story "employed elements from the two previous manga strips (in Transformers: Generations 2009 #1 & 2), to such an extent we were able to fuse everything together in a way that continues and wraps up that storyline." If you have volume 1 with Hidetsugu Yoshioka's "Ligier's Rebirth" (which you can read here at Hydra's TF Pulp) and volume 2 with Naoto Tsushima's "Starscream's Ambition", you'll have to wait till August 17 to see what Simon and Guido's contributed!

Read at Simon's blog and don't forget to check Million Hero for their updates on TF Generations 2009! Sound off at DrSpengler's thread!
