Japanese toy magazines over the last month or so have featured a silhouette of EZ Collection (Legends) Rampage - many speculated this was an indicator of the release of the Red version of the character. The Yellow Rampage was released with the other 6 EZ Collection Devastator components earlier this year. Now we have a report from Figure King magazine that the Red version will be a Toys 'R Us free gift when you spend over 3,000 Yen at one of their stores. The campaign runs on November 21st.
You can discuss the news on our forums. |

In an interview with IGN during the 2009 Screenwriters Expo, screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci talked about their past works and answered some questions about Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. On the question of TF3, both said that the lack of time - several other projects going on at the moment - was another factor on preventing their involvement, thus leaving it to fellow writer Ehren Kruger.

Good ol' Simon Furman has updated his blog with a Script (W)rap and it's about "Nefarious"! While directly following after Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Nefarious' story starts from Tales of the Fallen #5, Ravage's story in regards to his status, but it's not necessary to have read TotF #5 to get the full scope. Nefarious involves a global conspiracy where various Bots and Cons are involved (a particular Con is back), as well new incoming mechs that also wind up in the conspiracy that includes "Project: Nefarious". And both factions aren't going to be happy campers.
