We don't discuss about the budget! During Lester Speight's interview with Movie Mikes, Speight put Transformers 3's budget around the $400 million mark. Director Michael Bay quickly dropped in at the Shoot For The Edit board to nip that in the bud.
Movie is $ just above Revenge. [Speight] knows not to talk about this movie!

Agent Mike Eisner has been named senior vice president, legal and business affairs for Hasbro Studios in Los Angeles. Eisner -- not to be confused with ex-Disney executive Michael Eisner -- had been vice president at William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where among other things, he packaged TV shows and advised on brand integration. His resume also includes almost a decade negotiating deals at International Creative Management. Eisner is no stranger to Hasbro, having helped negotiate Hasbro's multi-picture deal with Universal while at WME. You can read the entire article on Multichannel News here!

Jim Sorenson has updated his Disciples of Boltax blog with another new Ark Addendum! This time around, it's another look at the Destron base used by Devil Z and his minions in Masterforce. It's dark, dreary, and there are giant balls with spikes hanging from the ceiling. Seems to fit right in with most Destron decor, doesn't it?

Transformers At The Moon has once again done some sleuthing into recent trademarks filed by Hasbro. What did they find? Four possible trademarks for upcoming products/campaigns! The trademarks are:
- SPARK YOUR SUMMER
- AUTOBOT ALLIANCE
- DESTINATION EARTH
- UNLOCK THE SECRETS
While most sound like tag lines for new campaigns, Autobot Alliance is interesting since it's the name that Takara Tomy applied to their version of the 2010 "Transformers" toy line (the one dubbed by fans as "Hunt for the Decepticons"). Click here to see the original article.

Not Alex Mercer. In an interview with 2D-X, actor/voice actor Josh Keaton has teased about working on "Transformers Prime" while discussing his role as Ultimate Spider-Man in the video game "Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions".
Is there anything you can tell us about Transformers Prime (story, characters, etc.)? Were you and Dan Gilvezan able to talk about the Bumblebee character at all while working together on Shattered Dimensions? I can’t say anything about the story yet and I’m pretty sure it’s already out there that Peter Cullen and Frank Welker will be returning as Optimus and Megatron. Dan and I actually did have a little discussion about me taking all of his roles, but I reminded him that it hasn’t actually been confirmed anywhere that I’m going to be voicing Bumblebee. (wink)
