Hasbro Reveals Plans for Four More Transformers Films

Stephen Davis, Chief Content Officer and Executive Vice President at Hasbro, today revealed that as a result of the recently-concluded Transformers film writers’ room, there are now plans in place for the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth instalments in the series.

Davis was speaking at MIPJunior, a children’s media event, giving a keynote speech on Hasbro’s journey towards becoming an all-encompassing entertainment provider. After discussing the origins of the Robots in Disguise cartoon in consumer feedback, he noted that the next ten years of the Transformers film franchise have been mapped out, with plans apparently in place for another four films.
