Hot on the heels of Furious 7’s massive box office success, The Hollywood Reporter is, uh, reporting that director James Wan has signed deals to helm Robotech and Aquaman.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Aquaman will be the first of the two films to be released, which makes sense as it is further along in the preproduction phase; Warner announced star Jason Momoa had signed on to star several months ago, with the character first appearing in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice next year. Aquaman will be produced by Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder and Zack Snyder.

Robotech will be coming from Sony Pictures later, and Sony is hoping the film will jumpstart their own ongoing 1980s transforming robot series.
